World Cup 2018: Drogba reacts to Ahmed Musa’s first goal in Nigeria’s 2-0 win over Iceland

Chelsea legend, Didier Drogba has reacted to Ahmed Musa’s first goal against Iceland in the second group game of the 2018 World in Russia.

The former Ivory Coast international applauded the skill of Musa in the first goal.

Musa controlled a cross from Victor Moses before firing home a spectacular half volley from close range past the Iceland goalkeeper, Hannes Halldorsen.

Drogba said on BBC, ”That’s a great finish, the first touch is unbelievable, that is the perfect touch to finish a goal, a good goal, a good touch most of the time is a goal.

”The difficulty in controlling the ball makes it a beautiful goal.”

The victory put Nigeria in second place in Group D, with three points from two matches.
